CyberAds Studio is looking for a seasoned Senior Solutions and Offshore Development Business Development Manager. This person will be based in either of the above mentioned locations and will be concentrating on his/her defined Territory. To start off, this position will be home based until we can grow the region enough to open an office again in that area.
The talented individual has to identify software developmental opportunities in application development, smart card and wireless applications for outsourcing. Develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to facilitate future selling opportunities.
The person should have strong negotiation, presentation & communication and analytical skills with high awareness of the companyís business & market; the ideal candidate will have a relevant network of contacts for developing new business. You will study market needs and identify opportunities, search for business oppurtunities though cold calling and customer meetings.
A good techno commercial understanding of CyberAds Studio services, applications & solutions is essential with 4-6 years of international sales/business development experience is required.
You will develop sales strategies. Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with clients to understand their business needs, determine requirements and which services of CyberAds Studio meet those needs. Represent CyberAds Studio in client presentations, seminars and other forums.
Must have 4-6 years of proven and documented IT Solutions or Offshore Business Development experience.
Must reside in the above mentioned locations at this time, or be willing to relocate on your own with no assistance. Must be able to show professional references and past wins relevant to the IT Outsourcing, BPO or Offshore arenas. Must have closed multi-million dollar contacts and have carried a quota of at least $2+ million in this marketspace at positions in the past. Thorough knowledge of developing business cases based on appropriate background analysis, understanding of client needs and other market dynamics.
Job "Fit" Considerations:
You must be Independent, self-starter with little need for guidance. Willingness to travel up to 20%. International travel to India and China as well as domestic travel to client sites, exhibitions etc. will be required.
Experience offshore development in India or China is preferred. Must have International business and cross-cultural management experience.
Bachelorís Degree in Engineering with specialization in Computers; M.B.A. preferred. However, if you can sell well, you are hired, period.
Should not be a constraint for the right person and will include A base salary/package (this component will make up approximately 65% of the total remuneration package) + A bonus scheme (this component will make up approximately 35% of the total remuneration package and is uncapped).
